We also do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. AI Limitations

You acknowledge that:

The system uses artificial intelligence

AI may occasionally provide incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected responses

You agree that SCS is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated interactions.


5. Client Responsibilities

If you are a customer using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate business information

Review and approve messaging, scripts, and automations

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws (including TCPA, HIPAA, and state laws)

You are ultimately responsible for how the system is used in your business.


6. Communications & Consent (TCPA Alignment)

By using our services or submitting your information, you consent to receive:

Calls

Text messages

Automated or AI-assisted communications

Message/data rates may apply.

You (and your business, if applicable) are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before using our system to contact them.

7. Healthcare / HIPAA Disclaimer

If you use our services in a healthcare context:
